A play inspired by Tennessee Williams’ “The Glass Menagerie” which is being staged courtesy of the University of the South, Sewanne Tennessee. The plot of the play takes place in Athens in the 50’s and sheds light on issues and outlooks that are still valid today, while also addressing the dynamics of family relationships shaped by the the historical and socio-political conditions prevailing in the country at the time. The play is aimed at the whole family.
